Is there really no per-bill fee?
Correct. The subscription is the only thing you pay. No transaction percentage, no per-bill commission, no hidden charges.
What does renewal cost?
₹5,990 + GST per year after your initial term ends. Renewals stack — new days are added on top of unused days, so you never lose paid time by renewing early.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Every customer gets a personal referral link on their dashboard. When a restaurant you refer makes their first purchase, you BOTH get 2 months added to your licenses — and there's no limit on how many times you can earn it.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Pick a term and pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Your license key appears on your Subscription page instantly. No credit card is needed for the trial itself.
I have multiple outlets — how does that work?
Each license activates one PC. Additional stores (or extra PCs at the same outlet) use the same plan tiers. Each license is independent, and the cloud dashboard lets you switch between stores.
What if I replace my computer?
Use "Reinstall on new PC" on your Subscription page. We email a one-time code, the old key stops working, and a fresh key activates on the new PC.
What are the system requirements?
Any 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC — even a 4 GB RAM laptop is plenty. A thermal printer (80mm or 58mm). Internet only for activation and a daily background check with a 14-day grace period.
