KOT firing
Send only newly added items to the kitchen — the kitchen never sees the whole running order twice. Edit or cancel sent items with a manager PIN and a printed "what changed" slip.
Flexible payments
Cash, card, UPI, online or any mix on a single bill (₹500 cash + ₹200 UPI). Change due computed automatically.
Credit customers
Mark bills as Due with the customer's name and phone. Settle later from the Dues page.
GST compliance
GST groups per item (5% / 12% / 18%), GSTIN and FSSAI on every printed bill, full tax breakdown at checkout.

Table management
Sections for AC, Non-AC, Garden — each with its own tax group. Live colour-coded floor plan: free, occupied, billed.

Order-type pills switch the flow instantly. Takeaway and delivery need no tables at all.
Printer routing
Multiple printers with per-category routing — tandoor items to the tandoor printer, everything else to the main kitchen. 80mm and 58mm paper supported, per-printer copy counts and margins.
Kitchen display & tablet ordering
Kitchen Display System (free)
A dedicated kitchen screen showing every KOT as a live ticket the moment it's fired. Pairs with your main POS over WiFi using a 6-digit code — no extra license, unlimited screens.
Food Ready → Dispatch flow
Cooks tap Food Ready (ticket turns green on every screen), runners tap Dispatch. Recall brings a ticket back if needed. Paper KOTs keep printing alongside — the KDS never replaces your printers unless you want it to.
Station screens
A tandoor screen that shows only tandoor items, a dessert screen for desserts — each KDS filters by menu categories. Timers turn amber then red with a sound alert when a ticket waits too long.
Tablet ordering — no app store
Any Android or Apple tablet/phone on your WiFi becomes an ordering pad in the browser. Scan a QR from Settings once and it's ready. Updates come automatically from the POS.
Salesman PINs
Floor staff get tablet-only PINs — they can take orders and fire KOTs but can never open billing, reports or settings. Every order is tagged for commission reports.
Straight to the kitchen
A KOT fired from a tablet prints on your kitchen printers with the same category routing, and pops onto every KDS with a chime — exactly like one fired at the counter.

Event book
Weddings, receptions, corporate orders — each event carries customer, venue, date, pax and notes, with a status flow from enquiry to settled.
Per-pax & fixed pricing
Price the buffet per plate and the live counters as fixed items. Change the pax once and every per-pax line recomputes instantly.
Misc charges
Delivery, transport, staff & service, tent and setup, crockery, cook charges or anything custom — flat or per-pax, each one taxable or not.
Proforma invoices with revisions
Send a numbered proforma for confirmation. Menu or pax changed? Generate Rev 2 — every version stays on record and reprints identically.
Advances & printed receipts
Collect booking advances in instalments — each one prints a numbered receipt with the running balance. Over-collection is blocked automatically.
Final invoice, tax optional
Raise the invoice with advances adjusted and balance payable. Charge GST at 5%, 18% or a custom rate — or none — per event, with a clean CGST/SGST split.

Roles & PINs
Admin, Manager and Cashier roles with per-role permissions. Every order is tied to the PIN that took it.
Audit trail
Bill cancellations need a Manager PIN and a reason, stored in the audit log. A cancellation slip prints to the kitchen automatically.

Cancelled KOTs, modified KOTs, KOTs that never reached a bill, cancelled bills and discounts — all in one report that catches losses before they become habits.
Shifts & cash drawer
